Back from travels, happy

I'm back from my travels. I'm exhausted. But I'm happy, so those things seem not to really matter.

I'm thinking of taking some time off Caltech to take care of myself.

Departing

I'm headed to Chile in just over 24 hours, and I'm not coming back until the first day of classes (Sept. 25th). I will have e-mail on a special account (so special I don't know what the address is yet) but I'll get all of my normal e-mail once I come back.

If you really need to contact me, ask around and find one of my friends who has the address.

2 long meetings on Monday
3 more papers to be written
4 days until RSI China
5 days in Japan

Life is overwhelming right now... I just need some solidity in my life but nothing is really there other than work. So I work. A lot. Not that this is new, but I've always had something else to hold on to, to depend on. On the plus side my mentor more-or-less asked if I wanted to get my PhD with him. If only I knew what I wanted to do...

Events of Note - The Goal

I am aiming at use this sub-blog to succently compose a lucid record of many or all of the major/important events in my life as they happen and how I'm feeling about everything.
